Purpose of the PositionRainbow Community Care is currently accepting applications for a dedicated Full Time CNA to work at the inpatient center in Johnson Creek. This person will work 11am to 8pm four days per week. Days will alternate based on week.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists with ambulation, transferring, and changing position of patients.
- Assists the patient with personal grooming, toileting, incontinence care, bathing, skin care, nail care, dressing, transferring and walking.
- Assists with preparing meals and assists patients with eating and drinking.
- Gives emotional and psychological support to the patient/family.
- Maintains a clean, safe and comfortable environment. Performs light housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Reads, understands, and follows the plan of care.
- Maintains up-to date patient records and documents cares provided to the patient.
- Reports changes in patient condition according to Rainbow policies.
