Position Overview
Culinary Prep Team Member (full-time) Are you passionate about healthy food and eager to grow your skills in a hands-on culinary environment? Join our Food Service Team at our Brownsboro Road location! This full-time role (up to 40 hours per week) allows you to help prep nutritious, high-quality meals while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team. You'll report directly to the Store Director.

What You'll Do
- Prepare food items following standardized recipes to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain top-notch food safety, storage, and labeling standards
- Keep prep and storage areas clean, organized, and sanitary
- Demonstrate strong knife skills and safe use of kitchen equipment, including juicing machinery
- Track and manage waste accurately
- Work efficiently to meet prep schedules while collaborating with your team
- Contribute to a positive, supportive work environment
- 1 years of food service experience
- Ability to obtain a Food Safety Certification within 90 days of hire
- Flexible availability, days, some weekends, holidays.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Occasionally sit, squat, or kneel, and rarely climb
- Comfortable working indoors in climate-controlled environments, including walk-in coolers and freezers
- Willingness to use, clean, and maintain heavy-duty juicing machinery while following all safety guidelines
