Retail Facilities Coordinator

Rainbow USA Inc. is a leading specialty retailer headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, with nearly 900 stores across the continental United States, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean. We are currently seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our Construction Department at the corporate office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of and experience with local facilities vendors (e.g., HVAC, electricians, plumbers, general contractors) across the continental United States (preferred).
• Coordinate facility maintenance and repair work with local vendors, including scheduling, communication, and follow-up to ensure timely and satisfactory completion.
• Source and onboard new vendors as needed to support workload demands while securing competitive pricing.
• Manage incoming facilities service requests via phone calls and emails, prioritizing and resolving issues efficiently.
• Review, approve, and process invoices related to facility repairs and maintenance.
• Address and manage state and city violation notices, ensuring compliance and timely resolution.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities coordination, property management, vendor management, or a related field.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and familiarity with Lotus Notes (or similar email/calendar systems).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive hourly wage in the range of $24.00 – $29.00, commensurate with the candidate's skills, relevant experience, length of experience, and prevailing labor market conditions.
