What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the order fulfillment process from start to finish, ensuring our partners receive accurate, timely, and high-quality shipments.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating order processing, picking, packing, and shipment accuracy
- Printing labels and scheduling pickups with carriers and vendors
- Maintaining accurate inventory and completing regular cycle checks
- Communicating with sales, production, and warehouse teams
- Leading the return authorization (RA) process for internal and external partners
- Resolving order issues and providing exceptional customer support
- Supporting workflow optimization and process improvements
- Creating, updating, and implementing SOPs
- Leading a small team responsible for sorting and fulfillment operations
Your work ensures our agricultural products get where they need to go — on time and with complete accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Comfort using computers, spreadsheets, and warehouse/ERP systems
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues
Knowledge of AG products or crop protection materials is helpful but not required — we’ll train the right person.
