Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and support for adults with developmental disabilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support emotional, social, and physical well‑being
- Administer medications as prescribed and document accurately
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment
- Transport residents to appointments and off‑site activities
- Collaborate with healthcare, vocational, and support teams
- Protect resident rights and follow all safety procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to complete Arizona‑approved Certified Caregiver training (employer paid)
- Experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain. employer paid)
- Food Handler’s Card (or willingness to obtain, employer paid)
- Strong ethics, compassion, and reliability
- Alignment with a faith‑based / Christian mission preferred
- Final candidates will be required to submit to our security clearance process.
Salary : $18 - $21
