What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism from the moment they arrive
- Offer elevated touches (beverages, warm towel, personalized check-in experience)
- Manage bookings, rescheduling, and guest communication with ease
- Support service providers by keeping schedules flowing smoothly
- Educate guests on services, products, and recommendations
- Assist with retail sales and contribute to salon goals
- Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front desk environment
- Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional guest journey
