What You’ll Do:
- Client & Project Onboarding - Support client engagements and new hire project launches.
- Project Coordination - Track key onboarding steps, timelines, and deliverables; serve as a central point of coordination to keep projects moving forward, information organized, and stakeholders aligned.
- Stakeholder Support - Work closely with the Managing Director, Talent Partner, and clients to keep everyone informed and aligned.
- Documentation & Data Management - Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate records, files, and internal documentation.
- Administrative & Operational Support - Support internal team members with coordination needs and day-to-day operational requests.
- Communication & Follow-Up - Send clear, timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
