Job Overview
RAIN Bottling Company is seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales initiatives and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and performance analytics. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills who can optimize our online stores for maximum traffic, conversion and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance the customer experience.
- Utilize SEO tools and techniques to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and optimize product listings.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms including Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads
- Oversee the creation of engaging content that resonates with target audiences, utilizing copywriting skills for product descriptions, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and performance marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with graphic design teams using Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads, SEM, and Google AdWords to maximize ROI.
- Maintain the e-commerce website using Shopify, ensuring all content is up-to-date and aligned with branding guidelines.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
- Work closely with the Marketing Department to brainstorm, shoot and deliver fresh, engaging and compelling content to be displayed across platforms
Experience
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
- Experience managing a native ecomm Shopify storefront, and 3rd party storefronts including Amazon.com, Walmart.com and Sams Club, Google Shop, TikTok shop and others.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, conversion optimization, and performance marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and techniques for effective audience engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
- Creative skills in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or similar software are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on copywriting for various digital platforms.

Please note that this is an in-person role from our Clarkesville, GA bottling facility. For the first 1-3 months of your employment you may be working from our second bottling facility in Tiger, GA.
