Key Responsibilities
- Ensure RCC’s core values are maintained with safety always being the top priority
- Manage multiple small track construction projects, from pre-construction through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work independently
- Initiate RFIs, submittals and other project documentation
- Track costs and progress against budgets
- Prepare quantity take-offs and assist with project estimates
- Maintain clear communication and reporting both internally and externally
Salary : $95,000 - $135,000
