Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- bussing and cleaning tables
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area along with restrooms
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and delivery
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety protocols is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Pay is $3.00 per hour plus tips
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds and climb stairs
Must be atleast 18yrs of age
