A Transload Operator is responsible for safe and timely unloading and loading of railcars, utilizing conveyors, railcar movers, loader, skid steer, manual labor, engines, pumps, boilers and other mechanical applications. On-site training available. Valid Drivers license necessary. Strong work ethics and ability to work in extreme weather. Be able to fill out paperwork, record keeping and daily inventory. Work as a team and take direction and work alone. Good physical condition required as you will need to be on your feet walking at least 2 miles each day and lifting up to 75 pounds.
Transload Operators typically work between 6:30AM and 3:30PM however there are times rail cars or drivers must come in late and overtime is expected. Employees are expected to work out amongst themselves who will stay and assist. Rarely employees may be expected to come in on a weekend for a short time frame.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
