What You’ll Do:
As a Gate Inspector, you’ll help keep the rail terminal running safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities include:
- Inspecting automobiles arriving and departing the facility.
- Verifying load sheets and unit numbers.
- Documenting any damage with accuracy and professionalism.
- Checking truck drivers in and out of the terminal.
- Maintaining a visitor log.
- Keeping your inspection area clean and safe.
- Wearing all required PPE (vest, safety boots, hard hat when needed).
- Notifying supervisors of any incidents. Staying alert and aware around moving vehicles and railyard operations.

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Able to pass a 7‑year background check and drug test.
- No diploma or GED required.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.

Lo Que Harás:
Como Inspector de Puerta, ayudarás a mantener la terminal funcionando de manera segura y eficiente. Entre tus responsabilidades:
- Inspeccionar automóviles que llegan y salen de la terminal.
- Verificar hojas de carga y números de unidad.
- Documentar cualquier daño con precisión.
- Registrar la entrada y salida de los conductores.
- Mantener un registro de visitantes.
- Mantener el área de inspección limpia y organizada.
- Usar el PPE requerido (chaleco, botas de seguridad, casco cuando sea necesario).
- Reportar incidentes al supervisor. Mantenerte alerta cerca de vehículos en movimiento.
