THE RAIL CRAFT KITCHEN & BAR is seeking a HOST/HOSTESS to join our team in Dublin, OH!

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

As a Host/Hostess at The Rail Craft Kitchen & Bar, you play a crucial role in providing every guest with an exceptional experience. A friendly face greeting the guest at the door, service orientation when taking reservations, and organized way of balancing seating are important tools to let our guests know our high expectations for their visit! Your enthusiasm, hospitality, and dedication contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere we strive to maintain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service with a genuine and friendly demeanor.
• Be attentive to the door and ensure every guest is greeted in a friendly and timely manner.
• Organize guest seating to ensure an excellent experience by balancing the workload between available servers and bartenders, while accommodating special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Uphold our core values of Grit Hospitality, Leadership, Integrity, and Respect in every interaction.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. The desire to learn and put work toward growth is most important!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)
