Top producing real estate team is seeking an experienced Real Estate Marketing Assistant to manage and execute marketing operations. The right candidate will have 2 years experience working with Sotheby's International Realty top producers in marketing luxury real estate; be familiar with Telluride, Colorado and surrounding market area; possess advanced written and verbal communication skills, have an eye for detail and possess strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with property, website and blog copywriting; editing and proof reading skills; graphic design skills; MLS, real estate marketing and SIR web-based platforms; CRM; social media strategy and content creation; project management; expense and budget management.
Responsibilities:
- Create written and digital content.
- Execute marketing tasks.
- Manage client engagement.
- Assist in special projects.
