Plumbing Manager – RA Hoy Heating & Air Conditioning

RA Hoy Heating & Air Conditioning, a trusted home services leader and a NearU Company, is excited to expand our offerings with the launch of a brand-new Plumbing Department—and we’re looking for a strong, experienced Plumbing Manager to help build it from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the creation and successful launch of RA Hoy’s new plumbing department.
- Establish workflows, service standards, performance metrics, and best practices.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing plumbing team.
- Work closely with branch leadership to align operational goals and growth targets.
- Oversee scheduling, dispatching, quality control, and customer service standards.
- Perform estimates, review job scopes, and ensure compliance with local/state regulations.
- Monitor department KPIs including revenue, conversions, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Support field staff with technical expertise as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of residential or commercial plumbing experience; leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- NC Plumbing License (P1/P2)
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes, installations, repairs, and job costing.
- Proven ability to develop teams and create a positive, high-performance culture.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
