We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Dispatcher to join our team and help ensure that our technicians are efficiently scheduled, our customers are well taken care of, and our operations run smoothly.
Job Responsibilities :
- Schedule & Dispatch Technicians – Assign and coordinate calls based on location, availability, and urgency.
- Customer Communication – Provide updates on technician arrival times, and ensure customer concerns are handled professionally.
- Route Optimization – Plan efficient service routes to minimize drive time and maximize productivity.
- Emergency Handling – Prioritize urgent service calls and coordinate emergency responses as needed.
- Team Coordination – Work closely with technicians, managers, and customer service representatives to ensure seamless service.
- Problem Solving – Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust dispatching plans as needed.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience – Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, or a fast-paced coordination role (preferred but not required).
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using scheduling software, GPS systems, and customer management tools.
Strong Communication Skills – Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and clarity.
Multitasking Ability – Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Problem-Solving Mindset – Quick thinker who can adapt to changing situations.
Team Player – Works well with others and contributes to a positive work culture.
