Duties
- Greet and assist guests during late-night hours with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Perform nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying charges, payments, and reservations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests with efficiency and courtesy
- Answer multi-line phone systems using proper phone etiquette, providing information or directing calls as needed
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of public areas, and ensuring guest safety throughout the hotel premises
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping for management review
- Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints professionally, striving to exceed expectations in every interaction
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel operations or front desk roles
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures to ensure smooth financial reconciliation
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and managing phone etiquette professionally
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail and security protocols
- Familiarity with resort environments or large hotels is a plus to understand complex guest needs and operational demands
