Ragstock is now hiring for Store Manager of the West Towne Mall location.
Ragstock is a men's and women's new and vintage clothing store. We are look for friendly and out going people with interest in both new trendy and vintage fashion.
Position Summary:
- Provide and promote exceptional customer service.
- Generate sales and meet daily sales goals through customer interaction, fitting room assistance, and suggestive selling.
- Prevent asset loss through sales floor awareness.
- Lead weekly inventory counts.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively team members, buyers, supervisors and home office team.
- Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure top quality shopping experience by maintaining the store’s overall aesthetic by steaming, sizing, and colorizing.
- Maintain Stores overall cleanliness through minor janitorial work.
- Daily store operations including banking and paperwork as needed.
- Organize monthly store schedules and meeting payroll budgets.
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about current fashion/trends. Consistently seeking new fashion and product knowledge to serve as an expert for our customer.
- Have strong communication, influencing and time management skills.
- Are confident and can easily build rapport when meeting new people.
- Can assess customer needs and enjoy helping people solve problems.
- Enjoy being part of and leading a store team of 5-6 employees.
- Preferably have previous retail management, fashion merchandising and/or customer service leadership experience.
- Have availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, store openings and closings, to meet the needs of the business.
- Can safely lift 30 lbs. and can maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Must be 18 or older.
