Ragsdale Heating, Air Plumbing, & Electricalis currently seeking a Lead Coordinator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Lead Coordinator is responsible for scheduling perspective clients that request service through company lead generation efforts. This individual will be responsible for building trust and scheduling perspective clients for a time that is convenient for their schedule.

Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
- Provide all clients with a 5-Star experience!
- Run daily and weekly reports for senior leadership
- Follow up on open proposals to convert proposals into sold work
- Manage leads for service technicians and sales team
- Ensure customer has clear understanding of services being rendered and the cost of services
- Ensure all actions are in alignment with company core values.
- Maintain communication with clients and internal teams.
- Outbound dial all lead generations to schedule appointments
- Complete email and text communication with perspective clients
- Enter complete perspective client date into CRM
Qualifications
Do I Have What It Takes?
- A minimum of 1 year call center experience.
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient outbound phone skills
- Proficient written and computer skills
- HVAC knowledge is a plus
Salary : $15 - $18
