Rags Too Riches Records LLC is seeking a Content Creator to develop engaging content that connects with audiences and supports brand growth.

As a Content Creator, you will plan, produce, and publish content that reflects the brand voice and resonates with target audiences. You’ll contribute ideas, create original assets, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content is consistent, timely, and effective.

This is a full-time, remote role based in Oklahoma City, OK, where creativity, storytelling, and audience engagement are key to your success.

• Create and publish platform-ready content, including posts, short-form video, graphics, and other digital assets.

• Develop content concepts and storylines aligned with brand goals and audience interests.

• Maintain consistent quality across content formats while adapting tone and style to each platform.

• Collaborate with internal teams to plan calendars, review performance, and refine content strategies.

• Capture, edit, and finalize content with attention to pacing, clarity, and visual/creative standards.

• Demonstrated experience creating digital content across one or more social or content platforms.

• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging content.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet content deadlines.

• Comfort receiving feedback and making revisions to improve content performance and quality.

• Basic understanding of audience engagement and content performance principles.

• Experience creating short-form video content and editing for social platforms.

• Familiarity with content planning, tagging, and maintaining organized creative workflows.

• A portfolio or sample work demonstrating creativity, range, and consistency.

• Experience collaborating with others (remote or in-person) on content calendars and campaign themes.

Hourly rate: $29
