We’re looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join us and support large-scale infrastructure projects that keep communities connected.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Maintain a safe work environment and uphold quality standards
- Ensure crews have all materials, equipment, and survey data needed
- Track daily/weekly production, including timecards and quantities
- Perform field measurements and quantity takeoffs
- Coordinate with inspectors, subcontractors, and owner representatives
- Prepare three-week look-ahead schedules and assist with planning
- Support project teams, documentation, and company goals
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 2–4 years of heavy civil experience (roadway, bridge, grading, dirt work) preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable working outdoors and traveling to active job sites
