Duties
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide clear instructions on Rage Cage rules and safety procedures
- Oversee the activity area, ensuring all participants follow safety guidelines and behave appropriately
- Manage guest interactions with professionalism, resolving conflicts quickly and effectively to maintain a fun environment
- Handle transactions accurately for reservations or merchandise related to the Rage Cage experience
- Monitor the activity area continuously, responding promptly to any safety concerns or emergencies
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and ongoing maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations
- Engage with guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous experience in events management or guest services is highly desirable
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Experience working with children and understanding their needs in a recreational setting
- Ability to speak confidently in public settings or during briefings and safety demonstrations
