Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs aligned with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) regulations. Also to comply with customer requirements and expectations
- Conduct regular safety inspections, hazard assessments, and root cause analysis to identify potential risks and prevent incidents.
- Lead safety training sessions and development programs to enhance employee awareness of safe practices.
- Investigate workplace incidents, prepare detailed report writing, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate future risks.
- Promote occupational health initiatives that support worker well-being and foster a proactive safety culture within the company
- Maintain required safety records well as customer requirements for entry and work within their respective facilities
- Develop and maintain programs to prevent negative environmental impact and loss or damage to company property
Experience
- Experience in and construction safety management or a similar role within an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation law, EPA standards, and EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) practices.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis and report writing for incident investigations.
- Certifications in, OSHA safety training is required
- A safe driving record is required
- Experience delivering effective training & development programs that improve safety awareness among diverse teams.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
