- Empower the Team: Coach, mentor, and train sales associates on advanced service techniques and product knowledge
- Elevate the Experience: Ensure every customer receives top-tier service, resolving any escalations with a positive, professional solution
- Manage Floor Operations: Oversee visual merchandising, maintain pristine store appearance, and coordinate floor coverage
- Secure Daily Logistics: Execute open/close procedures, supervise point-of-sale operations, and maintain accurate inventory controls
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with 1 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and cultivating a positive team culture
- Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work retail shifts, including peak weekends and holidays. 32-40 hrs a week.
