What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service BDC Representative position at RAG 1 INC?
Rairdon Auto Group is looking for candidates for our Service BDC Call Center located in our corporate facility in Bothell, WA. Do you have good customer service skills and a positive, upbeat attitude? We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to succeed. On-site – Full Time – Hourly Rate plus Bonus and Commission.
Pay Range $15.00 per hour plus
Commission$1.30 per appointment made,
Monthly bonus contest based of call/text volume
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume of inbound calls for our Service departments to professionally and promptly attend to the guest’s needs.
- Use customer service skills help to increase service profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound phone calls to follow up on service and parts needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records using software programs.
- Use our DMS online calendar to schedule service visits.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player with collaborative approach to achieving goals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Paid Time Off:
- All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
- Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date.
