Sales Representative - Roofing

Locations: STL, MO
Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal
Training Pay, Uncapped Commissions: Average annual earnings $150k+

What You’ll Do:
- Engage with homeowners via door-to-door lead generation
- Educate and guide property owners through roof inspection and insurance claim processes
- Support regional marketing initiatives (flyer distribution, local outreach)
- Partner with senior sales reps to develop your skills in real-time
- Support families in storm-impacted neighborhoods by helping them restore and protect their homes
Training & Compensation:
- Training Pay: weekly + commissions
- Access to industry-leading tools, CRM platforms, and coaching from seasoned pros
- Full-time team members may qualify for additional benefits and career advancement
Physical Requirements:
- Candidates must be capable of carrying and managing a ladder
- Comfort with high-elevation
