Role Description

We are seeking a full-time HVAC Installer/Technician for an on-site role in Dayton, OH. The role involves installing HVAC systems in residential and commercial spaces according to company standards, performing routine and preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing system malfunctions, and troubleshooting mechanical issues. The technician will also transport equipment to job sites, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Adherence to safety regulations and protocols is expected at all times.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues effectively.
• Skilled in Maintenance & Repair of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and operational longevity.
• Customer Satisfaction-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills to professionally interact with clients.
• Possession of EPA certification and knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Physical ability to manage heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; prior experience in a service technician role is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, to meet client needs.
• Certification in HVAC installation or a related field is preferred.
