The Opportunity

Raffo Enterprise is a premier sales and marketing firm headquartered in Stamford, CT. We specialize in localized brand management and customer acquisition for industry-leading clients, specifically AT&T. Due to significant market expansion across South West Connecticut, we are seeking goal-oriented professionals to join our retail sales division as Sales Representative.

We are looking for individuals who possess a "performance-first" mindset—those who are self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by tangible results. While we value a background in competitive environments, this role is centered on professional excellence, consultative sales, and long-term career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for AT&T within high-traffic retail environments, maintaining a professional and knowledgeable brand image.
  • Consultative Sales: Engage with prospective customers to analyze their current telecommunications needs and present tailored solutions across mobility, fiber, and entertainment packages.
  • Account Management: Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial engagement and product demonstration to closing the sale and ensuring a seamless setup process.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed weekly KPIs and sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the South West Connecticut territory.
  • Professional Development: Participate in daily briefing sessions and leadership workshops at our Stamford headquarters to refine sales techniques and business acumen.
