- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance; perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Follow detailed safety protocols during equipment operation to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers and crew members to coordinate equipment usage efficiently and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and related machinery.
- Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and protocols.
