Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to subcontractors and suppliers to request bids, confirm scope, check availability, and follow up on outstanding quotes
- Clearly communicate project details and bid requirements over the phone
- Accurately document all call outcomes, pricing information, subcontractor responses, and notes in Google spreadsheets and company databases
- Maintain organized records of subcontractor contacts, bid statuses, and communication history
- Assist with basic follow-up emails when needed
- Entering Purchase Orders and Change Orders
- Assisting with plans using AutoCAD
- Strong verbal communication skills and clear, professional phone presence
- Comfortable making repetitive outbound calls throughout the workday
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Proficient in Google Sheet (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
- Ability to work independently and stay focused in a structured, task-oriented environment
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or construction-related administrative roles is a plus (but not required)
