This senior-level role focuses on strengthening and expanding relationships with associations, public charities, and other mission-driven organizations. The Relationship Manager serves as a Relationship Steward, maintaining trusted connections, ensuring clients have an exceptional experience, and identifying opportunities for growth across our institutional, private wealth, and retirement plan advisory services.
Responsibilities include:
- Deepening and expanding relationships with nonprofit clients and leadership teams
- Partnering with advisors and leadership to identify new business opportunities
- Supporting the firm’s high-touch service standards and long-term client retention
- Attending industry events and meetings with prospects
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in relationship management or business development within financial services or a related field
- Demonstrated success in growing relationships and generating new business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Industry credential preferred (CFP®, CIMA®, or equivalent)
