Compensation
- $40,000/year (based on experience)
- Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding law firm
- In-office – Aventura, FL
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Open and set up new client files after retainers are signed
- Enter and organize all case information in the firm’s CRM/case management system
- Ensure all required documents are collected and properly saved
- Verify the accuracy of client information, insurance details, and accident facts
- Send welcome emails and initial documentation to clients
- Coordinate with intake, case managers, and attorneys for a smooth case onboarding
- Maintain organized and compliant digital files
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
