We are a family-owned flower shop in Connecticut looking for a creative and reliable Floral Designer to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing fresh floral arrangements for everyday occasions
- Creating sympathy and funeral designs
- Assisting with wedding and event florals
- Helping prepare flowers and maintain coolers
- Supporting walk-in and phone customers
- Working as part of a small, creative team
What We’re Looking For
- Floral design experience preferred (shop or event work)
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced flower shop
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Weekend availability is a plus
