Duties

- Manage classroom activities to promote a Christ-centered, safe, and stimulating environment for children.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to support positive conduct and address behavioral challenges effectively.
- Assess student progress through observations, standardized testing, and other evaluation methods; adapt instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support student development and communicate progress regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and lesson plans in compliance with educational policies.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in classroom settings such as daycare, preschool, private school, or early childhood programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across various subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and special education.
- Experience with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention practices.
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring methods is preferred.
- Background in Christian education is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and staff.
