Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience (residential, move-in/move-out, STRs, or commercial)
- Pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and smartphone
- Bring own supplies and equipment
- Professional, detail-oriented, and communicative
Insurance
- Tier 1 Cleaners: Liability insurance optional at start but required within 60 days of first job
- Tier 2 & 3 Cleaners: Active liability insurance required upon hire
