Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, be computer literate, and have excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties

  • Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all guests and clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing guest requests efficiently.
  • Oversee calendar management for appointments and meetings, ensuring optimal scheduling for staff and clients.
  • Utilize computerized systems to maintain accurate records and manage phone systems effectively.
  • Train and supervise front desk staff, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere focused on high-quality service.
  • Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to create a positive first impression.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a front desk or receptionist capacity.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including experience with office software and phone systems.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and staff.
  • Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
