- Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating critical thinking and strategic decision-making in patient care.
- Conduct evaluations of children with speech, language, cognitive, feeding/swallowing, and auditory impairments.
- Provide specialized therapy to develop and improve patients' language and communication skills.
- Craft and implement family-centered, innovative treatment plans for both in-person and virtual visits.
- Collaborate with the medical team and other allied health professionals to provide comprehensive, family-based intervention plans.
- Document all pertinent clinical findings accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in continuing education, quality improvement initiatives, and program development.
- Serve as a mentor and guide for newer clinicians, contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Utilize advanced clinical skills to evaluate and diagnose complex communication and functional abilities.
- Engage in research-based projects and leadership opportunities to advance clinical outcomes.
- Independently manage a caseload while sharing clinical outcomes and research with the team.

- Education: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience:
- SLP I: Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- SLP II: Minimum of 3 years of experience, including mentorship, research, or leadership exposure.
- Licensure & Certifications
- ASHA Certification (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association).
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- BLS for Health Providers (AHA).
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Specialty certification in advanced practice of Speech Pathology.
- Pediatric experience.
- 2 years plus experience.
- Oceanside: Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist I
- San Diego/Plaza: Full-Time and Per-Diem Speech Pathologist I

- SLP I Salary Range: $45.75 to $62.90
- SLP II Salary Range: $48.03 to $66.06
