Job Summary
In coordination with the Director of Clinical Operations and Integration, this position is responsible for the overall business, administrative, clinical care, and facility operations of the Mental Health Integration (MHI) Program. This role oversees and manages daily operations across MHI sites to ensure high-quality, efficient, innovative, whole childcare across a complex, multi-regional network. The manager provides leadership and oversight of the Administrative Team, Care Coordinators, and Supervisors. The manager directs program development and expansion efforts, including patient care activity, workflow optimization, and financial oversight such as billing and productivity key performance indicators related to sustainability. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing annual team goals, monitoring performance standards, and ensuring productivity expectations are consistently achieved. The Manager oversees staffing models, manages patient volume and access, and leads recruitment, hiring, training, and evaluation of assigned staff. They also ensure that evidence-based and evidence-informed strategies are implemented and that staff maintain knowledge and application of appropriate evidence-based interventions. The Manager partners and acts as a liaison to internal departments, clinical teams, and community partners, and leads discipline-specific quality and performance improvement initiatives. Facility responsibilities include maintaining the physical operation of the Hub facilities, ensuring the safety of the environment.

Master’s Degree
5 Years of Experience

Demonstrated leadership experience working with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to coordinate, collaborate, and maintain excellent clinical service delivery
Experience in strategic and operational planning, including budget and financial operations and quality/process improvement. Demonstrated skills in personnel management, financial management, marketing, leadership, organization and quality assurance.
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail, including oversight, implementation, and review of complex projects
Demonstrated commitment to respecting differences and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate Degree
7 Years of Experience
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to coach, counsel and provide general supervision and performance feedback to others, facilitate meetings, and lead decision making as demonstrated by prior leadership experience
Familiarity with Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and California Board of Psychology competency and regulatory requirements for auditing and quality purposes
Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work in a Windows environment
Proficiency and/or experience with EHRs, especially Epic
The current salary range for this position is $55.60 to $76.45
