Operations & Event Logistics Coordinator (Part-Time or Full-Time)
We are a growing company looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to help manage spreadsheets, coordinate event materials, and oversee shipping logistics.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things aligned, takes pride in accuracy, and can proactively ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile spreadsheets to ensure all data is accurate and up to date
- Coordinate and source items needed for events (materials, supplies, etc.)
- Prepare and manage shipping labels and outgoing packages
- Track shipments and confirm delivery timelines for events
- Communicate with vendors and internal team members to ensure smooth execution
- Identify and fix discrepancies across documents and orders
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, USPS) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces and deadlines
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, or event coordination is a plus
