Radtke Service LLC is seeking an experienced, hands-on RoustaboutPusher to lead and work alongside a roustabout crew on oilfield, wellpad, and pipeline projects. Based out of our Watford City, ND shop,the Pusher reports daily and travels to job sites within a 2-hourdrive. Reporting to the appropriate Superintendent, you will run acrew, coordinate daily work, and keep every job safe, on schedule, anddone right. We want a leader who works directly with the crew.Key Responsibilities
- Crew Leadership: Direct and supervise a roustabout crew,communicating company expectations, policies, and procedures. Coachcrew members, address performance or safety issues promptly, and keepthe crew productive and accountable.
- Work Planning: Review work requests, determine crew and equipmentneeds, and make sure materials, tools, and trucks are ready beforeheading to location. Send material lists to the office and ordersupplies as needed.
- Field Work: Lead and take part in lease and facility maintenance,well pad and tank battery work, bolt-up, equipment setting, tie-ins, pipeline and flowline work.
- Equipment Operation: Operate skidsteer, telehandler amd boom lift equipment when needed.
- Reporting & Documentation: Complete daily reports, timesheets, JSAs,and T&M tickets, and upload receipts and reports by phone and
- Safety Compliance: Lead by example on PPE, JSAs, and site safety,and follow company and client requirements on every job.Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of roustabout or oilfield construction experience,including time leading or running a crew.
- Able to read and follow work orders and basic construction drawings,and plan a job start to finish.
- Clear verbal and written communication, plus the organization tomanage people, tools, and materials.
- Comfortable using a phone and computer for receipts, reports, JSAs,timesheets, and T&M tickets.
- Able to work in demanding outdoor conditions, lift heavy materials,and do hands-on work with the crew.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; Class A CDL preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety; safety tickets (H2S, OBOW, First Aid/CPR,OSHA 10, Safeland PEC) are a plus.
- Willing to report daily to the Watford City shop and travel up to 2hours to job sites.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, MVR and background check.
Compensation
- Hourly Wage: $30-$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Per Diem: $100.00/ 8 Hour day
