Permanent School Bus Driver
Full-time; Student School Days
plus additional days, as required
Transportation Department
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid PA Operator’s License; School Bus endorsement a plus
- Clean driving record required
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrates integrity, honesty, patience, humor, compassion, courtesy, responsibility
- Must pass physical examination and have a negative drug screening result
Performance Responsibilities:
- Punctual reporting for assigned duties
- Transport students to and from school safely and on time, observing all traffic laws and Township traffic regulations
- Perform pre- and post-trip walk-around inspection of vehicle
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle
Hourly Rate: Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement
