Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of dining room staff to ensure efficient service.

- Manage inventory control and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage POS system Jonas.
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring processes to build a strong team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Develop budgets and monitor expenses to maintain profitability.
- Provide leadership during shifts, ensuring smooth operations in both casual dining and fine dining settings.
- Address guest inquiries or complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management.
- Strong knowledge of food service management practices including food production, catering, and banquet experience.
