You Will
- Perform routine upkeep; general cleaning, mopping, dusting, vacuuming; to include bathrooms, patient exam rooms, offices and lobby areas.
- May perform facility maintenance minor repairs, such as change of light bulbs, repair of door locks, door hardware, repainting
- Maintains inside office space and outside grounds by collecting and disposing of trash
- Performs window cleaning on a regular basis
- Manages supplies and inventory needed for position
- Follows all instructions/procedures for chemical related cleaners and stores cleaning supplies appropriately
- Ensures areas are free of any pest control
- Ensures repairs are completed in timely manner in order to avoid accidents
- Notifies management of any urgent and/or safety concerns
- Exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations.
- You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues.
- You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- At least 2 years’ experience in facilities maintenance
- Must be prepared to complete assigned tasks after hours or weekends in order to not interfere with the operations of the center
- Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented
- Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and able to multi-task
