You Will
- Perform financial and operational data analysis to support business initiatives and strategic planning
- Develop, maintain, and enhance executive-facing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Analyze, interpret, and model financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather reporting requirements and deliver insights
- Create reconciliations, summaries, and performance tracking tools to support operational accuracy
- Transform and summarize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Present data to management and executive teams
- Distribute recurring and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal and external partners as needed
- Genuinely passionate about customer service and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations
- Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multitask
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy providing world class customer service
- Clinical Operations experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred (Pivot Tables and Excel functions are a must)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and SQL Data Pulling
- Communicates clearly and effectively
- Detail-focused individual who works well in a reporting environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred (not required)
- 3-5 years experience as a Business Reporting Analyst
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and time management skills

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
