Position Overview: We are hiring a driven and energetic Business Development Manager to join our outside sales team to generate and close new business. Once the project is sold, our account executives take over the day-to-day fulfillment of the project while you focus on growing the relationship and creating referrals.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business within the large construction industry such as: new apartment complexes, hospitals, and high-rise buildings
- Leverage leads, referrals, and networking partners to acquire new customers
- Effectively communicate the advantages and value our company brings to the industry
- Set up introductory meetings to introduce our account executives and proven processes to the client
- Attend industry workshops, social gatherings, and networking events
- Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Be a Rockstar
Qualifications:
- Sales, outside sales, or project management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform independently
- Driven and self-motivated
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
