Base Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 Bonus Comprehensive Benefits

We're partnering with a world-leading quantitative investment and financial technology firm seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a team responsible for building mission-critical business platforms used across a global organisation.

This is an opportunity to work on large-scale distributed systems that process millions of transactions and power critical business functions. You'll collaborate directly with stakeholders, own projects end-to-end, and build software that has a measurable impact across the organisation.

What you'll be working on:

• Designing and building high-performance distributed systems

• Developing workflow automation platforms and business-critical applications

• Creating data-intensive products used by senior decision-makers

• Building AI-enabled features and intelligent business tools

• Partnering directly with users and stakeholders to solve complex operational challenges

• Owning the full software lifecycle from design through production support

We're interested in engineers who have:

• 5 years of professional software engineering experience

• Strong Java development skills

• Experience building scalable backend or full-stack applications

• Exposure to workflow automation, internal platforms, business systems, or product-focused engineering environments

• Strong system design and distributed systems fundamentals

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders
