We are hiring on behalf of a top HFT based in Chicago, for Enterprise Application Support Specialists to work on the firm's enterprise applications used firmwide. You'll be taking ownership of their messaging, productivity and collaboration suite of applications, expanding them to ensure seamless operation across multiple teams and automating processes with custom scripting.
Requirements
- Skilled in Jira, Confluence, Zoom, Slack, Box and Tableau.
- Strong End User Support skills.
- Solid troubleshooting ability.
- Strong scripting skills for writing custom automation scripts / tooling.
- Additional AI tooling, scripting skills, data analysis tools and more are valued.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for technical and non technical stakeholders within the business, identifying and catering to enterprise application needs.
- Manage application configuration.
- Administer Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, Box, Tableau.
- Enable firmwide collaboration.
- Provide Technical Guidance.
- Troubleshoot effectively.
- Automate processes using custom scripting.
- Coordinate with vendors.
