Client Success Director – FinTech
Hybrid • New York • Base salary up to $350,000
We’re hiring a Client Success Director to support institutional clients across a multi-asset prime services platform spanning FX, futures, digital assets, and listed derivatives. This is a high-impact, front-facing role for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationship management, trading operations, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-moving markets environment.
As the senior point of contact for key institutional clients, you’ll help them scale activity, support onboarding and connectivity, troubleshoot issues across venues, oversee collateral workflows, and ensure clients receive seamless support across all products. You’ll work closely with business development, trading, operations, and risk teams to identify client needs, resolve issues proactively, and influence platform improvements.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain deep relationships with institutional clients across multiple asset classes
- Support scaling of client activity through engagement, reviews, and cross-functional collaboration
- Coordinate with exchanges, liquidity providers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues
- Manage collateral workflows across digital-asset and trading venues
- Communicate incidents clearly and drive timely resolution
- Translate client feedback into platform enhancements and automation
- Monitor risk metrics including limits, exposures, margin thresholds, and escalate when required
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years’ experience in trading operations, prime brokerage, clearing, or fintech
- Strong understanding of digital assets, FX, futures, or listed derivatives
- Excellent communication skills and a client-centric mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask across fast-moving workflows
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
- Bonus: exposure to SQL, Python, analytics tools, or workflow platforms
