We are looking for a high-energy, meticulous Automotive Detailer to join our growing service and sales team. Whether it’s a brand-new Silverado hitting the lot or a customer’s beloved Corvette coming in for a refresh, you’ll be the final hand ensuring every vehicle looks its absolute best.
What You’ll Do
- Exterior Excellence: Perform high-quality washes, waxing, buffing, and clay bar treatments.
- Interior Restoration: Deep clean carpets, condition leather, and ensure every nook and cranny is dust-free.
- Engine Bay Cleaning: Safely degrease and shine engine compartments.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished vehicles to ensure they meet our "Radley Ready" standards.
- Efficiency: Maintain a clean workspace and manage your time to meet daily delivery schedules.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Eye: A "perfectionist" mindset with an incredible attention to detail.
- The Drive: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (and stay cool when the shop gets busy).
- Physical Stamina: Comfort being on your feet, bending, and moving throughout the day.

- Experience: Previous detailing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude!
