Position Overview
Radkin LLC is looking for a driven Director of Business Development to help drive growth and expand our presence across the Florida market. This role focuses on bringing in new clients across our core service lines, including concierge, valet, and security, within residential and commercial properties.
At Radkin, we take pride in delivering great, people-first service. We’re looking for someone who can represent that in the field and knows how to open doors, build trust quickly, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships.
This is a hands-on, results-focused role for someone who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships, and consistently closing new business.
Compensation
$75,000 base salary plus commission
Job Responsibilities
- Drive new business through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Identify and close new client partnerships across residential and commercial properties.
- Manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Work with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain client relationships to support retention and growth.
- Track pipeline activity and sales performance through the company’s CRM.
- Represent Radkin professionally in all client interactions.
Proficiencies
- Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong presence and confidence in client-facing environments.
- Ability to build trust quickly and communicate clearly.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working toward performance goals.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Organized and consistent in managing pipeline and follow-ups.
Job Requirements
- Must reside in or near Fort Lauderdale or Miami, FL.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Track record of closing deals and generating revenue.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay accountable to goals.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
